Yes, we try and match the add ons to the main invitation both in terms of paper and design. This is the basic strength of our site as the designs are our own and papers are always in ready stock. We are happy to make various things as needed in matching to the main invitation you choose to order. In digital proofs we show exactly what paper and color is used to make add on items. Should you have any doubts or clarifications, please check immediately with the proofing departments.
Once the shipment goes out, we send you an email with the airway bill number and website to track the shipments. You can go the website and keep a track on your shipment.
The Shipping information or tracking details are also put in your Login account and it can be accessed by logging to the website anytime.
For USA, there is no other extra cost other than charges you have paid. But there, might be some charges sometimes, and they are payable by receiver.

Different countries have different duty structures, taxes applicable on imports, which we cannot specify or quantify.

When you send your order, just put an email that you need the order to be delivered rush. A sales team member will take care of your order immediately. Generally orders for events/wedding with next 2-6weeks are automatically tread as urgent and on priority. We dispatch most of the orders in 3 to 14 days
As for the charges, we generally try not to charge anything extra for RUSH orders, but if you need very committed and 100% guaranteed deliveries, than it is best to pay RUSH order fee and take a tight and exact delivery schedule. Rush order fee may vary with card code, quantity and can range anywhere between 75US$ to 200US$. RUSH order dispatch time can vary between 1 to 4 days.
In case we fail on the dispatch schedule of a RUSH order, only RUSH fee will be refunded.
Yes, should wish to send some cards to India and rest to one or more countries than that is possible. In this case please send your order over email. Shipping to each country will be charged separately. Infact you will save lot of shipping cost as compared to other countries, if you are shipping to India.

Yes Blanc card can be ordered with rsvp cards or any add on item. Just order cards without selecting any other option but RSVP card option or any other add on item and your request will be processed. Do email text for rsvp card and return address for rsvp envelope, as that is included in the price of rsvp card.

If card details are not displayed, the card might have been removed from the website either temporarily or permanently. E-mail and check with Sales Team if they can get the card done for you. We have specified a maximum quantity that can be ordered per design. If you are unable to order any design in the required quantity, email Sales Team Mention card code and quantity you would like to order and they will help you complete the order over email or give precise information on quantity available.

Not everything can go thru laser printer. Just refer design number to our sales team and they will revert back immediately. We do not recommend printing on the handmade papers (they are too heavy for most printers and Various types of mottling may jam up your printer)

Yes, you can use the invitations, for any occasion. We infact promote, using invitations for different occasion other than wedding. Wordings can correspond to the event.
Yes you can print Initials or logo on the card. Should you wish to send your own logo, it is preferred you send Black and white 600DPI (or high resolution) pdf or jpeg file.
Color change may or may not be possible. If it’s possible, it may add some extra cost.
When you are browsing thru the catalogues, check for line ‘More colors in this design’. On click you can see all readily available colors in the particular design. If many colors are available, it is relatively possible to change color and make the design in color of your choice but it may add some extra cost for customization.
Yes this is fine. If both have chosen a different card or have same card but different text, separate masters and proofing has to be done. So printing is charged for minimum 100 and than in multiples of 50 for each side.
Sometimes, bride and groom do one card but 2 inserts with each having one side invitation, in that case the printing is counted for one card only and charges are made accordingly.
The Proofing team decides the color that should be printed on the invitation. They do lot of proofing work and thereby based on there experience would suggest right colors. Should you need any specific color, they would be glad to do so. Your choice color or ours, the card should look good and beautiful after it is printed and the text should be legible and readable.
You can send in your own text. There is no binding as to number of words, symbols or characters per page but the whole text should fit well on the invitation and should be readable. Please feel free to check with proofing department on any queries and they will provide you with appropriate suggestions

Yes, many people do this way, when they need to put one invitation in native language and other in spoken language. This is fine and no extra cost to print 2 different languages on same card. Standard printing cost is applicable.
Printing in other language than English?
Yes we do print in all languages. All you need to send us a pdf file for the other language text. If you wish to send us ms word file in different language, we request you to put the fonts also on email. A digital proof is shown to make sure we have received your file correctly. So whether it’s Hebrew, Japanese or Romanian or Arabic, we do printing in all languages.
All the more, we can type in Gujrati, Punjabi, Marathi and Hindi. Typing from handwritten text (text handwritten in the language as needed) will cost 10US$ per page. Proof reading is your responsibility. We can provide you with fonts for various languages as needed.
Proofing procedure?
After receiving the text we generally email back you the proofs within 24 hours. We provide you with colored jpeg format proofs in card size. You can then suggest changes and alterations as required and we will re-do the proofs until it is approved. Once you approve and the order is all paid, we will begin printing process.
Printing cost?
Printing cost is based on Number of printings or u may say how many areas, you wish to print on a card. Each Area printing is counted as one printing and the total is added up to count which printing option is suitable. All printings are charged for minimum 100 cards and than charged in multiples of 50o:p> One (1) Printing Area Two (2) Printing Area Three (3) Printing Area Four (4) Printing Area Five (5) Printing Area Most of the Add on items include text-printing cost In case there are additional printings than the option you have chosen than the cost for it will be given or charged at the time of actual proofing.
How to send text?
During Bulk order on Step 4 you are given various options as to send text.
You can choose any of those.
1) Upload text immediately (EXE files not accepted. Maximum size per file 2MB)
2) Send text in email in one to 2 days after you place the order.

Why was my payment declined?
Generally, payments are declined if our Payment gateway is unable to verify the billing information you`ve submitted. When a payment is declines/rejected, a mail is sent stating reason for decline. Please check the email which we send you after any payment is declined for knowing the reason of Decline. Here`s a troubleshooting checklist of possible causes:
Incorrect credit or debit card number:
Make sure that the credit card or debit card number we have on file for you is correct and up-to-date.
Incorrect expiration date:
Review the expiration date on your credit card or debit card. If your card expired, use an up-to-date credit card or debit card.
Credit card limit reached:
Check your credit limit. You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit on the day charge was made. Your credit card should have enough available credit to cover the payments.
Maximum amount allowed for a single charge exceeded:
Check the maximum amount your card can be charged at a single time. If the declined charge is higher than this amount, try asking your credit card company to increase the limit. You can also enter a new credit card with a higher limit. If neither of these solutions is feasible, contact us and we`ll break the payments in 2 lots and you can pay either on same card or 2 different cards.
Maximum number of charges card can receive in a period exceeded:
Check how many times your card can be charged in given time period. If you`ve exceeded this amount, you can try submitting a new card. You can also talk to your bank about increasing this limit or simply wait until your card can be charged again.
Card doesn`t accept charges from an online source:
Make sure your card allows online transactions. If not, talk to your credit card company or enter a new credit card to process the charge.
Card doesn`t allow for international transactions:
Make sure that your card can accept international charges. If not, try entering a new card to process the charge.
Is payment on the site secure?
When checking out, you are transferred to a secured payment site to submit your credit card information. The credit card info is submitted on 128bit SSL, which is highest level of security on the Internet. Payments are processed either through payment gateway of leading banks of India as HDFC Bank Payment gateway and Payseal - ICICI Bank payment gateway or internationally trusted Paypal payment gateway.

Can I buy a personalized printed sample?
We generally do not send personalized printed sample for approval. Digital proofs in form of jpeg files are sent for approval. If you need a personalized printed sample before final bulk order than that is also possible but than it cost you more than regular sample cost.
A personalized printed sample (with your own text) would cost US$50 out of which only 35US$ are adjustable with the bulk order you do with us. In case you choose to amend something on the text than no money will be adjusted as we have to re-do the printing masters etc.
As such, we suggest there is no need of a printed sample. The card will be printed exactly as approved on the jpeg files. You can send us the card code and the text so that we can show you proofs. If you are happy with the proofs than it is fine, else we will go for printed sample.
How many cards I can choose to order as samples?
You can order as many samples as you like from the website. There is no restriction on number of samples that you can buy.
Do we get to see text printing on sample(s)?
Generally we do try to include as many printed samples as possible, so that you can see how the cards look like after printing. Relatively new designs are Blanc samples.
What all I get in a sample card?
You get complete card as shown in the complete view of the corresponding design. Sample may also be printed with some text.

The samples are to be ordered online. The process for ordering is as follows:
